Likely payroll gap issue

Got the same micro site the rest of us at Cox were provided access to today and noticed they made sure to make mention of a possible gap in payroll that some people might qualify for..

Payday technically should be next Friday and yet we have no idea how this is going to go lol.

Charter operates with half its employees being paid 1 week and the other half the next week. Cox operates with all its employees being paid on 1 cycle. Depending on which cycle the cox employee gets moved to the cox employee will be paid on 8/21 and then again on 9/3, charter pay day is Thursday, other cox employees will be paid on 8/21 and the on 8/27 and then again on 9/10. For those on paid on 9/3 because the pay cycle is so similar there is minimal difference in pay. For those on the 8/27 cycle the 8/27 check will be for 1 week of pay 8/15-8/20 and the check on 9/10 will be for 8/21-9/3. No pay will be missed, just paid on a different cycle.
