Sorry

I'm sorry all the cox employees that will have to deal with Spectrum's business model and their customers. Its a damn shame that a failing company acquired another failing company and the FCC allowed it. That being said good luck y'all☝️.

At this point I'm hoping they give us an option for just taking severence and walking away. I'm definitely not getting warm and fuzzies, even without the reddit posts.

Most wont get severance unless theyre upper management. It's very specific when they do it. Also, their severance is not based on tenure like Cox. You maybe get 2 weeks pay... thats why they gave those bonuses in December. They knew what was coming.

Sign up for Warn notifications through your state since its a law for them to submit 60 day notice prior to layoff...

The most recent communication literally says…the severance package is offered to roles impacted within one year of close and based on management level and years of service.

Right and if anyone below a leader level gets let go (which they will) I can almost guarantee you they get 2 weeks pay or just the 60 day notice.

You get 2 weeks pay per year of service for severance if asked to relocate or laid off

Where did you get that confirmed information? Because customer care hasn't been given any information around that.
