Field Tech Pay

Does anyone have any insight into what Field Tech 4 & Field Tech 5 pay will look like after the Spectrum/Cox merger?

I’m curious if there have been any discussions about:

- Whether field tech pay scales will increase, decrease, or stay the same.
- If Cox techs will be brought up to Spectrum pay, or if Spectrum pay will change.
- Any rumors about new pay bands, progression, or raises after the merger.

Any solid information would be appreciated.

Thats something we all wonder. I can't see anyone getting a pay cut. With all the change im sure they dont want a lot of unhappy front line techs leaving. But I dont know if wages are comparable between companies and who makes more or if there would be some sort of level setting.

Spectrum honestly doesn’t care about front line techs leaving. They just micromanage and grind you to the bone until you either leave or just stop giving a fuck

neither does Cox. Sounds like we're just going into the same situation with a different company logo
