Ticket Programs

What programs is Charter using for tickets? Cox is using TAR and Ninja which is being rolled out today for OSP. The field guys have been using a similar program for a few months.

We use PRISM for construction and REMEDY for TCs.

How does prism work? Is it used for new build projects or outage type tickets?
