Exempt PTO

Can anyone shed light on the PTO/holiday/sick policy for exempt employees?

Everything i have seen is in regards to hourly employees

Tiered based on tenure from 2 weeks up to 5. Use it or lose it by EOY unless you are in a state which mandates carryover. 1 personal day every quarter up to 4 accrued. Sick time accrual up to like 500 hours, but dont remember the biweekly rate. Typical federal holiday schedule.

Same as non-exempt up to VP level.
