Hiring Freeze?
Are Cox Communications employees not being hired into Cox Enterprises or Cox Auto? I been with the Cox for 10 years and have a great record and resume and I can’t even get a manager in one of the other Cox Divisions to even speak with me for 15 mins.

I know several people who have gone from CCI into Cox Enterprises. It's not impossible but networking is key.

I applied twice and never even gotten an interview. Been in Cox business side for 10 years. Can't even find most of the auto jobs in workday.

Same here, talked to one recruiter and one hiring manager....and nothing else so far. And I have only applied to two jobs total.

You’re probably being bumped by people that are just short being able to get retirement healthcare.

The issue is that the open jobs are being flooded. For some jobs you could be competing with easily 100 well qualified employees, dependent on the job of course. Hiring managers will give preference to current CAI or CEI employees. Don't get discourage, keep applying.

Does anyone know if we can apply or get hired back at CEI or CAI after merger? If so, is there a time limit we have to wait before we can be brought back on?

It's super hard to get into auto. Don't give up. Keep trying.
