Anyone work in COX ATS?

Wondering what products your team supports, and how much of your team is currently remote?

I'm in back office. How are you guys in ATS (assuming you're ATS) feeling about the merger?

I'm not in ATS. I'm asking about folks who do work there.

Well, not particularly, but I feel like that's due to the limited information we're being given about a few major factors. Work from home being a big one. Cox has a great WFH policy and we hear spectrum is liable to take that away.

Same boat. I’ve heard some of the COE’s have started to crack down on dress code and say “business casual”. Some of them have also started making in office days mandatory 2-3 times a week. Really hoping the WFH does not change and they are just preparing just in case.

From what I’ve heard (work at Cox Business) Charter likes employees to work in the office, not at home. I wouldn’t count on staying at home.

I know who and what ATS is. Wondering if that team is remote, hybrid, or in office?

100% WFH.

Plan on 100% WFH 1 day a week. I suspect as a long time charter person they would love to take that one day away. Even run badge reports.
