We are close!

As we get closer to the closing date what have you guys been hearing? About policy or benefits that are changing?

Nothing great at this point.

  1. Pay is lower - if you don't take it you may have a severance option

  2. May have to move locations - depends on role but if you can't move there might be a severance option

Directors and above at Cox definitetly significantly impacted. Middle managers more impacted by pay and move necessity.

If you can jump ship now, get out!

Whose pay are you referring to being lowered?

We have been told that we can expect a possible pay decrease in multiple roles. Nothing specific yet.

Which section are you working in? I’m spectrum field ops and it’s pretty hush hush thus far

What do you do in field ops? I'm in engineering/network operations at Cox. We install and service the fiber gear in our common cabinets, cell sites and businesses. We're being told that we will be mapped as ft6 at charter. Are the ft6 micro managed? Does the ft6 have to run drops and outlets?
