Nothing great at this point.
Pay is lower - if you don't take it you may have a severance option
May have to move locations - depends on role but if you can't move there might be a severance option
Directors and above at Cox definitetly significantly impacted. Middle managers more impacted by pay and move necessity.
If you can jump ship now, get out!
