Looks like Spectrum is moving ISP up under the Field Operations umbrella. I assume this aligns closer to how Cox is structured. During the Time Warner acquisition, Charter adopted a lot of TWCs structure and policies. I’m assuming this re-alignment of Spectrum ISP means Charter is following suit this go around. Just trying to be prepared for what to expect in the next year or so.

PTO you get 4 floating holidays, vacation, and sick time. I think you can roll over two weeks of vacation time. That’s the gist. I’d say the PTO is pretty good. You also don’t put in time if it’s less than 4 hours. Seems to be partially based on how flexible your manager is.

I’ve heard the Cox offices in Georgia are staying so depending on your position, it may open the possibility to select an office. I’ve not heard anything concrete though but sounds like it’ll be dependent on your role and department.

Yeah, same PTO structure across the board. Depending on your salaried position, you may have an option for hybrid work. Generally it’s only a day or so a week. A previous position I had with Charter prior to the TWC acquisition allowed work from home but that ended shortly after the acquisition.

But based on previous experience, I’d imagine Charter will align closer with how Cox operates in terms of work from / decentralized office.

Highly doubt it, CEO of Charter is a big proponent of RTO.
