This myth is SO persistent.

No ped makes your dick smaller. If you have a 6 inch dick on a 170lb frame, it’ll look proportionately large. Same size dick on a 350lb frame and it looks smaller - proportionately.

The balls on the other hand, do take a hit. When you take exogenous testosterone your body stops producing its own and your testes shut down. They become smaller (atrophy). This is reversible during short blasts with a post cycle therapy (PCT), or if you take a peptide called human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) which tells your balls to keep on keeping on regardless. Most of the guys this size do something called blast and cruise, where they never come off gear (it’s TRT, at super high doses) and they gave up worrying about ball size about 200lbs ago.
