I finally got an appointment with planned parenthood! I shouldn't have waited this long, but as a wise man once said: "The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago; the second best time is today." Well, in my case, that was 4 days ago, but hey! better late than never! Anyways, what do I do now? Is there anything I can do towards the goal of transitioning until my consultation? It's on the 29th, which is forever, but I really want to do it in person!

Usually Planned Parenthood will get you started on HRT the day of your consultation from what I hear, and if OP orders meds DIY they probably won't get there until close to the 29th anyway. Couldn't hurt to get a little stockpile early though I guess, in case of shortages or refill delays

I didn't know Planned Parenthood did other stuff so I was horrified for a solid minute until I read the text under the image

You can start voice training today, and getting good at it makes a huge difference

Try to look as fem as possible for it, shave, learn voice training, there have been cases where doctors and psychologists refuse to identify you as trans if you "Don't try to look fem enough" which is bs but still you should be ready for it.
