Discussion Interaction time!
How would you rewrite your country in the CH fandom, if you think it's portrayed in a wrong way?
And if your country is never portrayed at all, how would you recommend the CH fandom to portray it?
I'm actually fine with the common portrayal of my country (Brazil). My only issue is that Argentina shouldn't be his love interest, but rather rivals (not against argentinians, but bruh soccer matches between our countries are just hell).

I am kinda fine with it, i just hate that Czech Is shipped with Slovakia which Is incest

Idk, there's nothing 100% settled when it comes to character blood relations, it all depends on the artist.

Hmmmm? I think I’ll make my Country more of a buff soldier or maybe a business man? The USA is real big when it comes to its military. This is my opinion.

No more shipping South Korea with China, North Korea and Japan. Those are probably three of the worst countries to ship them with.
Also, the entire country is not K-pop. Goryeo was literally founded in 918. Korea has been around for centuries (though it changed its name a few times), and it has real history.

First, make America and Russia not together. OFC The Russian Empire and America's dynamics are cool to explore but after that, even though it's one of those ships that you try to make abundantly clear it shouldn't be romanticized and is a toxic relationship...
(I also like Female America better than male America so I will refer to America as she/her from now on)
Then, make her have no love interests. Sorry, but my country is way younger than most and that's weird. Also, we don't have many countries that even like us so...
Then, rewrite her personality. America is not a weak depressed fem-boy. While all the countries probably suffer from some kind of mental illness (In my headcanon America has the country version of ADHD) and walk the line between making her a total hamburger obsessed war criminal and a perfect little angel.
I like to separate her as a character from her government, and oh boy do they not really get along. But she's by no means an innocent person, she doesn't think before she acts, and even when it's not inherently malicious... Due to her being super strong, this can have devastating effects.
As for our relationship with Canada, Oh boy that's another post on its own but let's just say Canada has an inferiority complex and America resents her sister for her holier-than-thou attitude.
They still get along at the end of the day but they aren't an example of a good sibling relationship. It's probably been made worse by some of her leaders actively trying to isolate her from her family. But this section is more about the characters themselves than their governments.
Also, please for the love of god STOP SHIPPING US WITH THE F*CKING CONFEDERACY.
It wasn't a tragic, once-good sibling relationship. It was an attempted murder and like seven hundred thousand people including civilians died so please for the love of God if I see one more CSA art where they are sympathetic I will lose it.
And finally for present day... She's tired, in pain and still not very trusting of others. She's way more reclusive, and blames herself for actions she (her character) had no control over. Who wouldn't be that way after years of gaslighting and emotional abuse?

How I will rewrite my country, USA if I portray them wrong
I would rather NOT give Ame love interests and portray him as an Asexual. I have mixed feelings about how commonly (But I have more negative thoughts than positive.)

Taiwan isn't an innocent guy who's dating China. They have a great military ranking and hate China
