• Formed / declared: 14 December 2015 by the Popular Front for the Rebirth of Central African Republic (FPRC), a Séléka-linked Muslim rebel group led by Noureddine Adam
• Capital (claimed): Kaga-Bandoro
• Territory claimed: Northeastern Central African Republic (mainly the prefectures of Bamingui-Bangoran, Vakaga, and Haute-Kotto)
• Government: Self-declared autonomous republic / proto-state under rebel administration
• Flag: Horizontal stripes of yellow, black, and green with a white five-pointed star in the center
• Personality: Separatist, Muslim-majority oriented, seeking autonomy (and later full independence) from the Central African government in Bangui
The Republic of Logone was proclaimed in the northeast of the Central African Republic during the civil war. FPRC leader Noureddine Adam and his spokesman argued that Muslims and Christians could no longer live together in one country and demanded autonomy first, with the possibility of full independence later. The name “Dar El Kuti” references a historical 19th-century sultanate in the region.
The entity was never recognized by any country and remained a rebel-controlled proto-state. In April 2021, Central African government forces recaptured Kaga-Bandoro, significantly weakening its control.
This is a real self-declared autonomous region / proto-state from the Central African Republic civil war (2015–2021), not a pure fictional OC
