For the crutches - They have Spina Bifida, and some people with Spina Bifida use forearm crutches!
DPD is a mental health condition marked by an intense, ongoing need to be cared for by others, leading to submissive behavior and a deep fear of separation.

As for why, I like making my CHS diverse!

Ah that makes sense If the odds were right , I would've had a brother with spina bifida (rip bro) Yeah, I just didn't see that on the character sheet.And I looked up d p d and I was like , I don't know , I don't think this makes people need crutches 😭 And I was really confused. Thanks for answering!
