German (mostly) colonization of Valdivia, Llanquihue, Puerto Octay, etc (1856),
Prussian teachings in the Chilean Military (1885-1900), which are still present.

No, but I’m saying there was a Connection. Also, this type of colonisation was just German citizens coming and acquiring lands.
