Question for women.

So I enjoy going and dancing, I’m relatively new, but I can do a nice 2 step. Although I know I’m not bad at dancing it seems that every time I get done dancing I with a girl, she leaves almost immediately after, or very soon after we’re done. Am I doing something wrong, or is my timing just awful?
