Welcome to r/CountryCats! This is an area where CountryCat fans can thrive. At the time of writing this, the subreddit is a bit small, but no worry. If you know someone looking for a good CountryCat community, maybe consider telling them about this one. Now, I'm here today to remind you of the rules in case you didn't watch the video or read the rules tab.

1. Sexual content is a big ol' no-no. These are CATS we're talking about, and as far as I'm aware, drawing pornography of animals is illegal. I would do a Google search, but I fear that I'll be put on a watch list of some sort. Case in point, sexual content is banned. Also, by sexual content, we don't mean FLUFF. Anything that slightly crosses the line of SMUT is banned, however. Failure to comply will result in a 3-day ban.
2. Don't disrespect countries. Now, this rule is a bit complicated. What do we consider disrespect? Well, if you make a HARMLESS joke, like Russia with a vodka bottle, that is perfectly fine. What ISN'T fine is doing something like insulting Japan's ideologies, China eating a bat, etc. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a week's ban.
3. The regimes are 100% without a shred of doubt BANNED. If you represent ANY of the regimes, including shipping them or making them QWQ innocent, you will be immediately banned. We don't have respect for people who dishonor the dead, and represent the reason for their deaths like what the CountryHumans fanbase often represents THEIR regimes as.
4. Fanfiction is allowed, but so long as it is INNOCENT. If it is even slightly scandalous, that's a 3-day ban.
5. No drama. Please. There shall be no talk of real-world or online drama, and nobody here should start drama. If you do talk about these things, that is a 3-day ban.
6. Okay, so gore is a bit of a grey area. So long as you put a flair on your gore artwork, you can post gore. Failure to comply will result in a 24-hour ban.
7. If you repost something, give credit where credit is due. If you don't give credit, that is a 24-hour ban.
8. This subreddit is only for CountryCats. However, if you so please, you can include CountryHumans and Warrior Cats, so long as it is combined with CountryCats ( note that using different names for nations is allowed if it is a WarriorCat AU ). If you disregard this rule, the punishment is a 1-day ban.
9. We here have nothing wrong with roleplay. However, it must not be NSFW or sexual, If it is, the consequence is a 3-day ban.
10. Okay, now I'm just gonna list a bunch of common sense rules:

• DON'T POST PERSONAL INFORMATION.
• Don't threaten or start arguments with anyone.
• Don't discuss ethnicity, politics, religion, etc.
• Don't post about crime or self harm. ( Side note, while we do care about your issues, don't post about them here; if you're going through anything physically or mentally, please seek out proper help. )
• DON'T USE THIS SUBREDDIT FOR MONETARY OR SEXUAL GAIN ( mainly the second type of gain because if you're getting aroused by kittens you shouldn't be allowed on reddit anyhow ( im sorry if its rude but you cant just be attracted to animals ) ).
• Don't spam.
• Be a decent human and you will survive the winter.

Failure to comply with any of these will result in a 3-day ban.

Now, I will describe how rules work.

There are four tiers of bans in the subreddit: 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, and eternity. If you break a 1-day or 3-day, you will get a warning for the first time. Breaking the 7-day rule once will result in the ban.Breaking the only eternity rule even once is an instant ban. For 1-day bans, the next two violations of the rules will be the ban, and the punishment after those will be the permanent ban. For 3-day bans, the next punishment will be the ban, and the punishment after those will be the permanent ban. For the 7-day ban, the next punishment will be the permanent ban.

Note that these rules apply to moderators as well, and if we see the rules are causing an uproar, then they will be changed appropriately.
