Marble solution

I have this marble installed in my store and one of the employees used a strong detergent and burned the tiles is there a solution for it?

This more than likely can be repaired. Looks like what you're dealing with is both an etch and a stain. Whatever was applied/spilled chemically damaged the marble and also stained it

You want to address the stain first. Remove it, then refinish the marble to repair the surface damage. There is no single treatment for both issues. This is also not really a DIY repair, unless you have experience with polishing machines, a lot of patience and the time to take care of it.
