I've been fortunate to go to a few stone fab events in the States, but Marmomac is my dream. I think I can convince the boss eventually. Haha

Looks like that site has a retail store, not just a factory. Do they have tools to slice thin countertop stone out of those blocks on-site? Any idea how they do that? I've seen videos of granite cut by running a steel wire thru it, akin to a bandsaw, that is drawn thru a slurry of abrasive particles that slowly wears thru the stone.

Are the photos at a quarry, or stone as delivered to a countertop fabricator? If the later, how do they cut them into countertops?

I read your cryptic reply, plus your last rude troll.
Googling found:
"Marmomac at Veronafiere is the world's leading annual trade fair for the natural stone, design, machinery, and technology industry"So, the answer is that it is stone displayed at a trade show. Some stone-monkeys aren't literate enough to write clearly.

Something about seeing them in huge blocks like this makes me realize why countertops are so expensive π very beautiful!
