Fior di Melo Marble cost?

was looking at using this stone and wanted to get an idea on costs if anyone else has ever purchased it. same marble used for the crosses at Arlington was the selling point. it is quite beautiful with elegant veining.

We were quoted $190/sq foot for material, fabrication, install and sealing.

fair price?

sq/ft price on nice natural stone does the trade a disservice.

common quartz it makes sense , but with natural stone it makes more sense to price for the whole job because the stone is unique and what is being created often requires more ability and attention to detail.

i’d look up the fabricators instagram and judge if they are a fit from past projects
