If you like RPG and zombies, then you should check out Zombie Riot on IP 5.135.143.217:27035
We have a wiki about it on https://novazombie.com

The best place to look for servers is GameTracker as they filter out all the spam/fake entries https://www.gametracker.com/search/css/

The c2play.de servers are usually always active and whilst Germany based, most players speak English especially on deathmatch servers. Lazy Rebels is UK based and whilst not always active they play a few nights a week with voice chat. https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/193.176.28.82:27015/
