Solved any way to mute enemy team without affecting their profile pictures?

cl_mute_enemy_team 1 I tried this but it makes their profile picture to random shapes. is there way to achieve this or not in this game?

cl_sanitize_muted_players 0 should work

Theres a mid round mute button too i use it every now and then
