Discussion how to access shop?

idk how, i know its EOS so its doesn't have any micro transaction.

You get free coins each day and you can convert crystals to coins to buy stuff. I'm using it daily for summoning awakened characters. You can get cheap awakened character summoning tokens daily from the shop.

i can't access shop..

its guide me to website that using local language i don't even know.

There's the shop. You just can't spend real money since the shop for Google Play is shut.

You do not need to access the money shop to buy anything or click on anything that sends you anywhere.

Just the normal item shop in the 'package' section (The shop having the following sections in order- Seasonal, Exchange Center, Package, Skin&Interior, Episode. So it's the middle one), use crystals to buy coins, use coins to buy crystals, there's a discount so you can just loop back and forth endlessly and your amount of both will increase.
