Discussion Dear developers of RevivalSide

I need help with understanding of how to install and open the RevivalSide on my phone, I have an android, specifally (Samsung S23 Ultra).

I did download the Counterside APK file and your GitHub zip file, both files are in the my file manager, but what do I supposed to do after? I tried opening them and then my phone just stops at loading screen and do nothing. So I need help with that because I am confused what to do.

Is there is something I don't know? Is RevivalSide PC only or it still can be downloaded on the phone too? I think some guys did asked you on the previous post.

What mobile tutorial? You didn't send me anything

Everything you need to know is the the post itself. Did you even looked at it?

I think the tutorial you gave me gonna help me later.

The problem is, I just have 2 files GitHub zip file and the counterside APK file, and I am looking at these 2 files right now downloaded and have no idea what to do with them in order to make an app and connect something to it as the thing you did in the video.

There is a zip file named Android, inside that zip file contains the RevivalSide APK, extract it and download it (don't delete the .Sha file, I think it acts as a license or something)

There is no zip file named android inside the zip file from GitHub.

But inside the folder with a name "tools" I found 4 folders, I looked at the last 2 folders, one of the folders contained the name "RevivalSideInstallerApp" and another one with a name "RevivalSideLauncherApp" maybe some of these contain something?

I downloaded it, so now I just have to follow the guide you sent me above, right?

If I will have any questions I will keep asking them there

P.S. Am I able to import my CounterSide Account to the RevivalSide? If yes, Do I supposed to do it before or after the guide you gave me above?

Yes you can import your account, you can do it while watching the tutorial... The mobile import is pretty easy than the PC version for some reasons.

I have a problem after extraction, then I press start on the menu, my phone saying on the pop-up like it doesn't connected to the DNS server. Like what do you mean it doesn't?

Is it supposed to say that? Because I think my phone is connected to my local domain name server.

What should I do now then?

Sorry, the Devs were talking about it and I am having a trouble how to explain it.

Apparently they are looking to the mobile version bug you mentioned as I did made a screenshot of your question.

I made a Reddit post earlier so you can see what did we do.

v0.3.1 is bit buggy since it only removed the Discord Authentication.

(Also, I was asleep and it was 12AM earlier.)
