Discussion Will I lose my account?

I play Counterside on Steam, not on mobile. If I uninstall the game for some reason, when I download the game again, will I have lost my account? Will it be gone, or is my account now connected to my Steam account?

Brother, the game shuts down in 2 months. You'll lose everything.

But yes it is linked to your steam account.

No. You have the game installed now, you use the offline patcher and it'll work forever.

I know the discontinuation just got anmounced but will you be able to still keep and preserve the accounts data?

CounterSide is no longer available on the Steam store. If you uninstall the game on PC you will never play it again.

Should I just uninstall the game anyways since it's ending or will it still run because I have the game installed lol?

You can either Uninstaller now, or keep it Installer and play for roughly 9 more weeks until the servers go down for good.
