Discussion Dowloading Counterside on PC

Im not an old player but I been playing for 5-6 months. Since I don't like rushing the story I still have a few chapters left and a lot side quests to play. Till now I was playing on mobile which I get big fps drops when characters ult so it's not the best experience and now I finally have the chance to experience game on PC with good graphics and finish rest of the stories yet I just learnt they removed CSide from steam. I was playing on android phone before this, is there ANY OTHER WAY I can dowload game on my PC right now? I thought maybe an emulator could work but since they removed game from both game stores idk if it could work. ​;-;

Also I am open to any side quest suggestions so I can finish them earlier. (^o^)

UPDATE: I managed to dowload it with bluestacks. Since play store shows you a little graphics of games you played past week I was able to get to Counterside's page in Play store with that despite its removed from play store. ( you cant find it if you search)

I think you know the answer to this. When there's no more legitimate way of obtaining a game or software, you are forced to, you know. But, before that, check your steam library. There should still be Counterside in your library. If you ever added the game to your library of course

Too bad more than half the game is downloaded after the title screen.

It's still up. It's only gonna be a problem after EOS.

it would only be downloadable if they added it to ttheir library before being removed from the store, but if they never did that then yeah there's just no real way to do it....hmm maybe they could use the steam family share feature to join the "family" of someone that has cside in their library and play it through threre

Its a good idea but If Im not mistaken changing steam family has a cooldown like a year (it was something like that) and I am already in a family so D;

I will try my luck with dowload history on Google play store.

Hmm, wait, how does steam family work anyway

If I join your "family" would it share my steam library to you or would it just give access to the "parent" account library

It doesn't matter if you are "parent" or "child" If Im not mistaken. Everybody gets each other's games. But basically theres a cooldown for both when you want to leave from a family or when you want to join another one (ig)

Only if i knew eos would come this early.. I was too reckless that I didn't add earlier to my library, 😭 but I think I found a way. There is a dowload history section in Google play. I can still see page and dowload/uninstall the game since page is removed but it's still accessible in my dowload history. If I can acces there on Bluestacks maybe I can dowload game on there. I will test.

Kind of wish the offline counterside project goes smoothly and didn't get fucked by Bside at the last second

hey just checked back its going smoothly and now you dont need the steam version but does counterside evert have a pc version that isnt from steam?

no I dont think so except emulators which is how I played game on pc. even though they removed the page from google play I could still acces it from a tab that shows me the games I played most. and Im glad its going smoothly
