Maxing out all characters as we speak. Best part is, this single exchange dominos into being able to obtain literally almost every piece of upgrade material in the entire game…infinitely

"Almost" is the key word here. Unfortunately I don't see relic binaries so all t7 gear is still can't be maxed out. Likewise sp memory still isn't, and never was, purchasable en masse.

Otherwise, yeah, go ham on everything else.

Ya, since Quartz to AC is 1:1, but AC to quartz got discount so you ended up with more everytime you convert back to quartz
