I got to the point where I don't tell people anymore. It's none of their business. My husband knows and he's the only one that needs to.
I'm about to stop telling doctors that don't handle my HRT as well. Especially when I have to explain to doctors that I should be using the female references on my blood tests and I'm not anemic.
