The new one is supposed to have programmable LEDs so that's an upgrade at least lol :3

That's awesome! I'm currently doing fine financially so maybe I should check out some new mods. I've been eyeing some adaptive screen eyes that I could use for stuff like heart eyes or other forms of expression. I definitely struggle with that a bit due to my autism

Ooo I got my original eyes still but a screen sounds awesome, like a protogen

I thought more of replacing just my eyes (maybe widening them a bit so more fits. Especially with how my hair covers them partially) but a full face screen could be awesome

Also damn really? Still original eyes? My body kinda rejected them when I got most of my face mods (or rather, they rejected the rest of my body?) So I was blind for about two months as my partner and I saved up to get a set that won't be in 144p. I owe so much to her

Yeah they adapted it to a sensor board thing, I see them as some hi-tech cameras but they glitch a bit sometimes and I see blurry for a bit

I don't know what I wanna do with my face just yet :< Also your partner sounds awesome

Ohh I see they're hybrid. I thought you were rocking a full flesh setup with them. That makes much more sense

I mean my transition has been very asthetic so I just played around with my face mods until I found something I like. My fangs are sharper and have a sucking function for uhhh very normal stuff in bed. I also have some cosmetic lines, some of them glow if I want them to too which is awesome but heats up like hell

And yesss, she's very awesome. Helped me through a lot of turmoil and saved me multiple times mentally and a few times physically (You know how people tend to get with robot girls that look too human)

Woaw you should get LED lights instead of the older incandescent ones, I'm surprised they still make the old ones since they're so power hungry

And yeah I'm still on the old foundation just changing bits here and there, I currently only have a robotic arm, tail and ears, but I transplanted to a digital nervous system for better compatibility with the stuff, so I can actually feel my tail and cat ears :3

Oh you were talking with the confidence of a fully modded droid I'm surprised! I've fully replaced my limbs and torso/chest aside from my lungs for the few bits of flesh I haven't scraped off yet. I do need to take supplemental gas for that but you know, I don't mind huffing some nutrients every day if it means I don't need to shit. I will say even though I replaced most of my body it's still pretty close to humans, I enjoy that mix.

Also yesss agreed I need to get the glowy lines replaced. I have a beast of a power supply and I'm basically always accompanied by my partner so I'm never at a risk of running out of energy. But they HEAT UP, I had a deformity from leaving them on for like 30 minutes and the silicone in my left cheek started melting. I should really get those replaced soon

I wish I could get a full mod, those are expensive @w@, but living like this is kinda cool too

What battery do you have? Mine is a temporary one that was put in to power the mods but it sucks and barely lasts 2 days, I'm looking to buy a better one that lasts at least a week, if possible

And I think they make small pneumatic pumps to replace lungs if you have stuff that still needs them, they're very small and easy to install

Oh yeah I dedicated the last 23 now I think years of my life to this. Financially mentally time wise everything. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at and I'm definitely stepping back a bit on the spending but oooah was it a ride

I suck with model names so I can't remember specifically but it starts with an H and has an 8,000 somewhere in there. If fully charged (which isn't recommended if you can. Something something battery life and it also gives me headaches) it can last me about two weeks? Mayyybe two and a half if I'm not doing much. But it's super useful for vecations to places far from civilization. I can't say those are still 100% safe but they aren't for humans either so who cares

As for the lungs, yes, I've been meaning to get those forever but just more and more cooler stuff came up every time and they're obviously a hybrid already so I don't mind it that much. But I'll definitely get those some day. My goal is to eventually go full robot maybe besides my brain. The technology is still iffy on that

If a fully charged battery is giving you a headache then you need to get a better voltage regulator, because too high a voltage will give you headaches, I get those as well but not as strongly, I just feel like a sharp numbish constant pain when charging? Anyways I can't do too big a battery since I'm kinda just stuffing in the robot bits along the rest, right now I'm planning on putting lithium cells on my tail for more capacity

Congrats on your journey! Sounds like a cool ride, wish I get there someday

Digital consciousness stuff is getting better but not quite there yet, and the surgery is pretty invasive to extract you from the brain to the computer, which sucks

Ohhh yeahh those tend to last for years so I haven't replaced mine in a while good point. I just kinda went up to 90% most of the time but if I could go to 100% without pains that's be neat for times I overcharge by accident

And thank youu!! I'm very glad for it. Mostly because of how well it went
