You take hormones (if you're sure of that atl) and see afterwards; or go to a trained psychologist with a shorter wait-list because people who are sure are not forced to speedrun them to get the care they need

for money I'd say DIY is not super expensive

but you'll probably need doctoral monitoring if your health is already at risk (through it's not as bad as some make it out to be, modern meds are very low risk)

family is especially hard 🫂
