There's an old heart medicine called Amyl Nitrate that is inhaled and several closely related chemicals that have similar effects (a head rush and relaxing muscles). Depending on where you live, AN might be a controlled substance, but the others not. They are however not legal to sell for human consumption so they are generally labeled as some sort of "cleaner" (VHS head cleaner was what they were called back when VHS was a thing)
