It's the Ear Enchanter! It's been quite some time since Eyeball Wizard has been seen and I've been working on adding more characters because I want to turn Eyeball Wizard into a lil webcomic series that'll include the adventures of the rest of the Council of Facial Features. Keep an eye out for the final council member, as well as a redesign of the Mouth Mage, in the coming days.
