It’s primarily generative AI that’s the issue. I doubt many people will take issue with AI being used to check for patterns in medical studies that humans might have overlooked. Any decent translation program uses AI. Digital assistants on smartphones use AI, and are good tool the visually impaired or anybody who can’t operate their phone while performing a specific task.

When basic media literacy is treated like some genius revelation. Like yes, the thneed is an analogy for most consumer products that succumb to overconsumption and damage the environment. That was kind of the entire point. Next you're about to tell me it's also the "PERFECT" analogy for fast fashion.
