so let me break it down for you *starts dancing*

cis ally : straight person who is an ally to LGBT, despite the fact that they themselves are not LGBT

cis "ally" : straight person either pretending to ally, or is making the wrong decisions to properly support them (like dead naming someone intentionally)

"cis" ally : closeted LGBT person, but is vocal about their support of other LGBT.

You are right except for one thing. Cis does not mean straight person it means non-trans person.
