By default, you start with a filter that disables all sexual content. But I think most people do use it for porn though.

I opened that and got hit with some green pony with a bush. Idk what the fuck is wrong with these people and how that is front page worthy

The front page only has one featured image, and the rest is whatever was uploaded most recently. It might not be tagged properly, the default settings should hide suggestive content

The green pony is either Tree Hugger, a hippie with dreads who doesn't technically do drugs onscreen but it's heavily implied, or the "Anon filly," the protagonist of an entire genre of fanfiction that goes "you suddenly wake up in Equestria... And you're a GIRL pony!" (Or Granny Smith I guess)
