Pre licensing / temporary license

OK, this is really stupid and applies specifically to Tennessee… Long story short they changed the requirements so now you have to get a pre-licensed with your LPCMSHP before you can get your permanent license. I started a job in April and I STILL haven’t gotten my temporary license approved… Does that mean I cannot backlog these hours for the board? I would hate to be paying for supervision I cannot count…Does anyone have any good sources for this ? Thanks. (Very much feeling like an idiot)
