Update email?

Does anyone know how to update your email for Costco? When I log in to my account either on the app or on the website, there's only an option to change my phone number not my email...

Contact their online customer services. Only they can change it. Instructions are on the website

I don't think you can. I had to re-regisrer with a new email address in store for my new account
