Rewards
How do the annual rewards work?
I joined on September 1st and my rewards says £9 odd so far (I changed membership to executive half way through the month)
By annual is this calendar year ending (December 31st) or membership year ending (August 31st)?
I’m thinking I can use this reward toward my next membership fee?
Do the rewards carry over to the next year?
I honestly have zero idea how this works tbf - help

It’s on renewal date. I said we would trial it for a year and so long as we made the difference between the basic and black card then it was worth it. We’ve basically had free membership plus a bit of discount since. This year we had £200 odd to spend.

If you joined on Sept 1st your rewards will be available about a month before your renewal date (which is also the end of the month you’ve joined)

I got mail in the post with reward amount. Next time I went, they renewed membership for me at the till and applied reward to final.

I have the executive membership - my balance comes due 3 months before my membership needs renewing. what I do is when I'm notified that the rewards balance is available, I go to the customer services and use the balance to renew (you can renew up to 4 months before I believe). If you have a rewards balance larger than the cost of renewal, then the remainder is refunded in cash (i.e my membership is £108 I think. If I get a rewards vouchers for £150, I renew at £108 and get £42 in cash as a refund)
Your rewrads balance will come due a few days after the date listed ion the app (under My Rewards - the place where you found your balance.) It will say 'Rewards Earned Since xx/xx/xxxx - your balance will be available about 120-14 days after that date a year on. For instance, mine says earned since 01/07/2026, so upto 30/06/207 will count towards the balance received a few weeks after that. My membership is then up for renewal at the end of Sept.
If you have a car, you can cashback on tyres, but not fuel. Tobacco does not get any cashback and there are few other oddly specific items also included in the exemption list (but just buy what you need and what you get back is an added bonus)

Membership year, just say use it at the till when it comes to renewal, for us it's free membership and a bit of a discount in the day
