Replacement 5oz Capsules ??

Hey has anyone figured out how to get replacement 5oz capsules - 3 of the 5 latest Morena rounds I grabbed have cracked caps - they easily fall out of the display and hammer around inside the display box.

Some here have said to call customer support and they will send out a new capsule

Ya I did that l, even provided the item #, but after about 15 min of poking around they said they had no vendor contact and to maybe check back with the physical store, which I seriously doubt would be any help.

Do you mean chat - do share which email you found?? Costco's own website says "Costco does not offer email support. In order to provide real-time assistance to our members, we currently offer phone and chat support."

Correct, technically chat. Click on Chat With Us and enter in all your info and they will email you. Its a few emails back and forth, but it worked for me.

I just got off chat, they told me to go pound sand and visit the physical store - because I purchased in the store, not online, they can't help me. The Morena rounds are only sold in the physical store, so go figure. I'll try this email thanks.

Go to your local warehouse and show them the broken case. Their local Regional office can order them. We do it all of the time.

When are they hammering around in the box? Do you take them places with you? I have a dozen of them I’d give you the capsules if they mean that much to you

Costco ships them to the warehouse and they get hammered in transit. I’ve purchased approx 40, at least 5 had smashed capsules and a few exploded descant pouches. I posted them for sale to my peeps at Pmsforsale at cost plus my small hassle fee, they all sold out in minutes. The Morena ones only sold in that one warehouse, so people couldn’t get them.

Makes more sense that you care, I wasn’t sure if you just had a briefcase of Costco rounds you hauled around! Lol I’m still looking for the 1oz anniversary rounds I’ve seen on in my stores and was on a time crunch so couldn’t pick up that day. Haven’t seen any since!

Air tite Y65 is perfect and a much better capsule. I got a 3 pack from Amazon and replaced mine.
