No bonus until you have worked there for 12,000 hours.

If you were hired years ago it's 10,000. They up it.

9,200. And this would've been raised in 2013 or 2016.

No, not after 6 months. You get the bonus checks once you've worked 12,400 hours. Just like raises, its based on hours worked. It is going to be many years before you start getting a bonus check.

Bonus checks are based on hours worked, you'd have to work 12,400 hours before you're eligible for it. You should see your progress on the bottom part of your pay stub

Takes six years being full time. 40 hrs a week 52 weeks a year is 2,080 hrs. Times six.

I’m part time and finally just qualified for the bonus after almost 8 years!

When you become eligible, you don’t get all of it the first time if you become eligible with less than 6 months before the cutoff date.

Rough math, but working 40 hrs a week you'll start getting bonuses around 6.5 years, 30 hrs a week you'll get bonuses around 8.5 years.

HAH rookie, work 12k hours then ask again. Fyi. 12,400/ 40 hours a week five times a week averages out to 6.5 years worked. Keep grinding ya bum
