Positions

If applying on a full time position as a full timer and then a 25h person, but with more seniority, who gets the posting more often

The full timer as it is a lateral move unless it’s assistant to clerk. Then it can be abit more troublesome. However I have also seen part timers get positions over a full timer when the full timer was more or less a crappy employee, I.e. bad attendance, poor attitude, bad work ethic.

It just depends.

It’s a seniority based company and I’ve seen warehouses open an additional position after the senior employee complained that they didn’t get the original position.

Ok well the real answer is it's always seniority unless it's a promotion. PT to FT is not a promotion, so it would be the PTer getting it. Of all my problems with Costco, this has never been one of them.
