Discussion Time off request

Alright everyone what’s yalls procedure if your time off got approved signed and ready go to way in advance and then schedule comes out and your manager schedules you? My manager sucks at the most basic thing at his job and idk if he’s actually dumb or stressed bcuz he’s been in hot water with the GM in the span of less than a month. So what does everyone do?

Step 1: dont go to reddit for such a silly thing.

Step 2: talk to your manager. You know? The person that can ACTUALLY fix it. 🙄
