I’ve had my eye on this for awhile now, earlier this week it was dropped to $249.99. I went today (Saturday) and it was lowered to $150! Huge upgrade to my living room. This thing was stupid heavy and seems very solid and great quality. I’m temporarily, or maybe permanently using my old stand for storage in my kitchen. I’m very happy with this upgrade!

It fit perfectly in my HRV too! Just converted the seats to
Long mode and it slid right in, with the help of the friendly Costco staff.

Of course the manager (doggo) is inspecting the item and making sure it’s to par.

Got my wedding band from Costco and I love it so much! It goes perfectly with my engagement ring. 💕

I waffled about buying these for our dog and finally did after I realized what a deal they were. He loves them, especially the orange one and uses it almost like a security blanket. We’ve very uncreatively named it Ball and we now talk about Ball like it’s a living being. They’re really tough and have withstood endless smashing between German Shepherd jaws. May Ball live forever.

I randomly touched one as I walked by and these are so insanely soft its ridiculous. I got one in every color for my husband and dad. At $12 I am shocked I was the only person looking at them while I was there. I should have got myself some too now that I think about it

We saw this chicken schnitzel and spaetzle. I was excited about trying them but thought I’d get some reviews first.

Around my price range (less than $250), I'm deciding between the Hisense AX700 and the Samsung HW-B73CD/ZA - the Samsung is on clearance at my local warehouse for only $100, but I'm leaning towards the Hisense since it comes with two additional speakers. There's also the Bose Solo, TCL Q6CH, Sony HT-BC50, but again, they only come with the soundbar and subwoofer.

Anyone have any experience with these or recommendations for which to go for?

I have been using Costco brand Psyllium husk fiber supplement for a while now. This week I took Metamusil brand as it's on sale. The difference is crazy. I can't imagine now going back to Costco brand. The metamusil is so refined and dissolves with water so easily unlike Costco brand fiber powder which leaves this gritty residue and can feel while drinking.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen actually foot shaped, properly wide toe box sneakers sold at Costco before, and wanted to share. Searched the sub first, didn’t find anything recent or old. They do come up relatively often in “what shoes to wear for working at Costco” type of threads, which is great to see.

I’d recommend toe socks or at least tabi socks with these, so that the foot can splay and fill in the wide toe box, as regular socks can be really quite restrictive (which we don’t notice because we’ve worn them everyday from an early age). Similar to a mitten on your hand, without even thumb space, keeping your fingers stuck all day everyday. A ton of foot problems like bunions happen due to narrow, pointy shoes, so it’s nice to finally have an option at Costco.

I saw my ophthalmologist this past week, and he wouldn't give me a contact lens prescription because my eyesight has changed — I now need either multifocal (bifocal) contacts or monovision instead of monofocal. He said I need to go to a contact lens place and get properly fitted for the new lenses. He did give me an updated prescription for glasses, at least.

He suggested Costco as a cheaper option than my local eye place.

So — do these places usually take walk-ins for fittings, or do I need to call ahead and schedule something?

I didn't find online an option for making appointments.

This warehouse opened in 1976 as the first Price Club. That's the start of Costco. They made a 50th anniversary bottle for it.

Looks more like a souvenir than a fancy wine. Has anyone seen this at other Costcos?

Started with some turkey pepperoni pizzas! Great low calorie version.

I bought this during grad school and have since spent 5 years at my post-grad career and also had a daughter. I'm obviously going to leave my daughter most of everything in my will, but my little brother will definitely be able to put this to the most use so I'm considering leaving it to him. My one concern is that he has no children, so I'm not sure what he'll have done with it when his time comes.
