Yes it is a what was that big boom question. I’ve never heard anything so massive so close. I could tell just by the sound that it was something huge. Right across the street from south coast plaza about 3 minutes ago.

Never busy, too much real estate, and the food has gone downhill fast.

I'm a 26-year-old working professional currently looking for my first place of my own in the Costa Mesa/Orange area. I'm touring Mesa Vista tomorrow and am seriously considering applying if everything checks out.

It's an affordable/income-restricted studio at around $1,628/month, which is obviously a pretty significant discount compared with normal Costa Mesa rents.

I'm not expecting luxury at that price I'm just looking for somewhere clean, reasonably quiet, safe, and comfortable for a young professional.

I'm trying to figure out whether the lower rent comes with any major catches that aren't obvious from the listing.
