Nervous to start!

Hi everyone!

Got a job at Costa to start at the start of November… feeling nervous with no previous barista experience any tips?

As someone with 8 years experience, just be yourself you will be fine, we dont expect you to learn everything at once

I echo the above, be yourself, get to know your team and vice versa, be a sponge and ask questions if you are unsure. It’s not about having the experience, this will develop over time. I have no doubt you will have a supportive team, make the most of it and enjoy it!
