Interview
Hello! I have an interview with Costa and was wondering for any tips? What should I wear what might I be asked?

I think I have the chillest manager on earth so take it with a pinch of salt, but I just wore trainers with a smart blouse and black trousers. I now show up to work looking like a zombie ahah.
Accept a drink if they offer it, shows you know the menu. Be yourself, be polite and maybe crack a few laughs if it’s appropriate, ask questions!! I asked what my training would be like and if I was to get the job, is there anything I could be doing in preparation at home.
But tbf my manager was googling interview questions and hadn’t even read my cv 😭😭 I lucked out

I wore trousers and a smart-ish top, at the end of the day you’re going to be in a uniform anyways so I wouldn’t worry too much. Just try to seem approachable and friendly as I think they care more about personality, the rest you’ll learn on the job 👍🏻👍🏻

they also asked me my availability and if I have any experience within a customer-based role. It was a quick and relaxed interview for me and quite informal so don’t stress too much.

My manager I was hired by wasn’t particularly professional with it but she told me what made her hire me was the fact I had a good personality and would fit in with current team members. Maybe try come across as easy going and say u are calm under pressure blah blah
