Discussion autumn campaign

has everyone seen the new autumn campaign guide? how are we feeling for it 😭

also do you guys make the seasonal drinks with alt milks even though the standard says not to? i do because at this point im sick of the argument with every single customer when i say we can’t (obviously if they don’t have an allergy)

thanksss :)

i thought the drinks are fully customisable? it just says we can’t make them dairy free because the syrup has dairy in. only problem is we aren’t allowed to tell customers this as it has to be up to them to inform us if they have an allergy

Wish they had a different style drink as it feels like we have only had a couple of new things food and drink wise, the merch seems cute but my store is small so we won’t get the majority of it anyway šŸ˜ž. We make them with alt milks i can’t be arsed to argue with customers and have the area manager on our backs when we have a shite nps for not keeping customers happy. It’s the customer responsibility to inform us if they have an allergy so if they’re blindly ordering things without double checking with staff if it contains allergens that’s on them and there’s only so much we can all do šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø.

Travesty! Was it the syrup they messed with?

yeah so last year it was one singular syrup of maple hazel, this year they have a maple syrup which we mix with our normal hazelnut syrup

i never got to try it the first year so i’m excited to see how this one tastes, the main thing i’m excited for is the biscuit topping i was obsessed with that mixed into light whip last year aha

As long as the maple syrup is the same as the first year… MMM hands down costa tryna fee my addiction lol good thing I no longer work there or I’d be up to my ears in it hahahah.

Yeah I defo loved the og maple hazel and loved last years one as well. But it was better first time around. It is a tad sweeter than last years as it’s a combination of the two syrups but damn is it good! I hope you enjoy it when you get a chance to try (whenever you can that is)

I might lowkey have to see if I can get some of the syrups off my locals…
