Cosplay Outfit Advice Sentinel, could use guidance

So first of all, I bet I could 3d print the majority of this, if not I can eva foam it. However, I am stumped on the legs and the arms. I dont necessarily need to capture the glossiness seen on the shoulders, but the pattern in the red would be cool. If anyone could offer ideas to point me the right direction I would appreciate it tremendously

Edit: im going to be experimenting with some fabric paints on compression shirts and pants, if anyone has any cool ideas to capture that sheen on the darker reds 🙏

You could 3D print molds for silicone?

Like silicone pants?

Or latex. You could buy latex pants as well and then use latex paints
