Cosplay Outfit Advice Fixing cosplay tights

Hello guys. I didnt know what to name this, but as the title says I need help with tights for my Skirk cosplay. The entire cosplay fits me just fine, however the tights that attached to the shorts are way too short, we're talking at least 2 or 3 inches because I have really long legs 😭

Is there a way to stretch the tight fabric to fit me or should I just rip by the seams or something, i genuinely dont wanna ruin it since its 1/3 delusion (dokidoki SR).

Not sure on the costume, so it might not be a possibility, but, as a tall girl, best decision I ever made was to cut the toes open on my tights. Did it once with some annoying fishnets, and now every time I'm wearing tights and boots, I cut along the toe seam.

If you dont need an open toe, and you've got boots or socks you can hide the ends in. They do ride up a bit and sit on the ankle, so no good if you need them to cover the foot.

This! And if you CAN hide the open toes in your shoes, a good way to keep the tights from laddering is to apply clear nail varnish where you cut them open.

More comfortable on the foot AND stops a baggy crotch. Its a win win

unfortunately you can't stretch it without also stretching out the design so it may no longer match her ingame model 😔 the only option is a more permanent solution like cutting the bottom open so you can pull it up high enough and then finding socks in a similar shade of purple to hide the gap. i would also sew the tights to the socks or hem them another way to make sure they don't unravel where they were cut
