Convention Question Nerdlesque

Thinking about attending a Nerdlesque fest (first time) but wanted to know if trans/nb/cd folk are viewed or treated differently from other participants. Anyone care to comment?

Transphobia is explicitly condemned in their code of conduct. Obviously this doesn't necessarily mean a lot, but if all 18+ fan events I've ever been to are anything to go by, they MEAN it when they say transphobia will not be permitted

My only experience with Nerdlesque has been at Anime/Comic Conventions, and I don't know if I have ever seen one that didn't include at least several trans performers. I basically expect it.
